2. ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under applicable law.

When placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your name, contact details, billing information, payment information, and delivery address.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account has been used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, fragrances, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual product colors, packaging, appearance, and presentation may vary depending on your device, screen settings, manufacturer packaging updates, or other circumstances.

Perfume fragrances are subjective and may smell differently depending on an individual's skin chemistry, preferences, environment, or other factors. A difference in personal fragrance preference does not by itself constitute a product defect.

Product availability, descriptions, specifications, and prices may be changed or updated at any time.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once we confirm the order and, where applicable, successfully process the payment.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including:

  • Product availability issues

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment problems

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Delivery limitations

  • Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed using the applicable payment method and refund procedures.

Customers should carefully review their order details before completing the purchase.

5. PRICES, TAXES AND PROMOTIONS

All prices displayed on our website are stated in Saudi Riyals (SAR), unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any applicable pricing or technical errors.

Promotional offers may have separate terms and conditions. Where applicable, those terms will apply to the relevant promotion.

Applicable taxes, including VAT, will be handled in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabian regulations.

We currently accept selected electronic payment methods, which may include:

Available payment methods may vary depending on the order, location, payment provider, or other circumstances.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card information unless specifically permitted and required through our payment systems.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We provide delivery services through selected delivery partners, including RedBox, as well as internal delivery arrangements where applicable.

The estimated standard delivery period is generally 2–3 business days, subject to the destination, order processing, courier availability, and other circumstances.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery service and order.

Free delivery may be available for selected products, promotions, or orders and will be displayed where applicable.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and will be confirmed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, address issues, exceptional circumstances, or events outside our reasonable control.

If a customer refuses or fails to receive an order, the order may be cancelled or returned to us. Any applicable charges or refund treatment will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and our applicable policies.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is generally not available.

A cancellation fee may apply where applicable. Any applicable fee or deduction will be communicated to the customer.

If an order is eligible for cancellation and payment has already been collected, the applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedures.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Condition

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened and unused.

  • The original packaging must remain intact.

  • The product must not have been used, sprayed, tested, or altered.

  • Once the shipping package or product has been opened, the product may not be eligible for return.

  • Used perfumes or other used products are not eligible for return.

Sale and Clearance Products

Products purchased as part of sale, clearance, or specially identified promotional offers may be non-returnable unless otherwise stated on the product or promotion.

Gift Cards

We currently do not offer gift cards.

Customized Products

We currently do not offer customized or personalized products.

Refunds and Exchanges

Where a return is approved, we may provide a refund or exchange in accordance with the applicable return circumstances and our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the return has been received and inspected, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

Return shipping arrangements and any applicable shipping costs will be communicated to the customer when the return request is approved.

10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, we may require:

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Video evidence where appropriate

  • Order number and customer information

  • A description of the issue

Where the issue is confirmed, our primary resolution may be a replacement of the affected product.

If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, customers should report the issue and may refuse the delivery where appropriate.

Where a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is confirmed after delivery, the item may need to be returned to us for inspection before a replacement is issued.

11. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Returns may not be accepted where:

  • The product has been opened or used.

  • The perfume has been sprayed or tested.

  • The original packaging is missing or materially damaged.

  • The return request is submitted outside the applicable return period.

  • The product was purchased under a non-returnable sale or clearance offer.

  • The product has been damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

  • The product has been altered or tampered with.

  • The return does not meet the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.

All content available through our Services, including but not limited to:

  • Al Khaleej Scents trademarks and logos

  • Product images

  • Website design

  • Graphics

  • Text and written content

  • Videos

  • Photography

  • Product descriptions

  • Marketing materials

  • Layout and visual elements

is owned by or licensed to Al Khaleej Scents or its respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal and lawful shopping purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, transmit, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

14. SHOPIFY

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services online.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the products, orders, delivery, returns, refunds, or customer service associated with purchases made from Al Khaleej Scents.

This provision does not limit any rights or protections provided to consumers under applicable Saudi Arabian law.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of our Services.

If any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotion or policy, the specific terms applicable to that transaction may govern to the extent permitted by law.
